The Spanish islands also lead in the package holiday favourites, as Majorca comes out on top as most popular holiday destination, with Ibiza and Tenerife also in the top five.ÊÊ

According to overall booking trends on Opodo.co.uk, the top package holiday destinations for the summer so far this year are the Balearic Islands, the Greek islands, Gran Canaria and Turkey.Ê The most popular of the Greek islands being Corfu coming in at second place.
