will auction off “The Ultimate Britney Experience” with proceeds to
benefit The Britney Spears Foundation. This once-in-a-lifetime auction

http://www.stubhub.com from May 15 through June 11, 2004. The bidding
starts at $5,000.00. The Ultimate Britney Experience includes two round-trip domestic airline
tickets to Boston from anywhere in the USA; two nights stay at the real
Onyx Hotel, one of which will be as the first guests in the Britney Spears
Foundation Room; dinner for two in the Ruby Room; two front row tickets to
June 23rd “The Onyx Hotel Tour” concert; round-trip limo service to and
from the concert; backstage tour; two official concert T-shirts; basket of
Britney CDs and favorite bath amenities; autographed picture; a unique
opportunity to meet Britney; breakfast for two the morning after the
concert; and late check- out.

newest ventures. Both selected the onyx stone as their namesake—
Britney, for her 68-date international concert tour, and Kimpton, for
their new hotel opening in Boston today. Both parties have now linked
their websites and are collaborating to design the Britney Spears
Foundation Room.

“The auction and the Onyx Hotel’s ongoing commitment through the
development of the Foundation Room will help fund various activities for
the kids who participate in our programs,” said Nina Biggar, executive
director, The Britney Spears Foundation.

The Britney Spears Foundation room will be located on a top floor at The
Onyx Hotel and will be designed by Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears to
resemble Britney’s bedroom at home in Louisiana. The room’s primary color
scheme will be soft green shades with gold accents and will feature rare
glass-beaded wallpaper. The honor bar will be stocked with Britney’s
favorite snacks, as well as all of her CDs for purchase. A 42-inch plasma
screen television with Sony dream system will provide superstar style
entertainment.

Ten percent of the room’s revenue will support the annual Britney Spears
Camp for the Performing Arts and other Foundation activities.

The mission of The Britney Spears Foundation is focused on a singular goal
—to help children. Central to the Foundation’s core principles is the
ability to apply the restorative aspect of entertainment to benefit
