The Courtyard by Marriott
Boulder/Longmont hotel was honored for excellence in guest satisfaction
and a number of other awards at the recent Courtyard by Marriott brand
conference held in San Francisco, CA. The hotel is managed by White
Lodging Services of Merrillville, Indiana.
The Courtyard by Marriott Boulder/Longmont received the Chairman’s Award,
for the highest guest satisfaction scores (GSS) out of 572 Courtyards
nationwide. Guest Satisfaction Surveys are sent by Marriott International
to random guests immediately after departure. In their responses, hotel
guests can express their overall level of satisfaction with the hotel
experience as well as their level of satisfaction with specific aspects
such as arrival experience, cleanliness of the hotel, condition of the
hotel and any problems they encountered during their stay.
