The “Incontro” Bar & Restaurant of the Hotel Savoy transforms itself into the Martini Lounge. Every evening during the aperitif time, Antonio Dandrea, the Bar Manager of the Hotel Savoy, will attempt to prepare the fabulous Trendy, Premium, Shaken and Fruit Martinis. The whole operation carried out following the Martini tradition which presents this glorious cocktail, stirred not shaken, just the way that James Bond likes to savour it.From the 6th of May to the 1st of July, every Thursday evening at 07.00 p.m. the Incontro Bar & Restaurant will become the stage for the preparation of these cocktails, all different and all ready to be discovered at the hands of some of the most famous Italian barmen.
This so called “drink and learn” will be inaugurated next Thursday at 07.00 p.m. by Alessandro Aurigi who will present the ABSOLUTE MARTINI, Martini red, white or rosé served with a lot of ice and pieces of fresh fruit. After this appointment, the next ones will be Americano by Maritini on 13 May, the Taste of Cherries on 20 May, the Silver Bullet on 27 May Bacardi Viento de Fresa on 3 June, Bacardi Ginger on 10 June, Bacardi Rhum Crush on 17 June abd Bacardi Frozen Apple on 1 July.
