CareDecision Corp. a leading Wi-Fi PDA technology provider to the lodging and
satellite media industries and the developer of patent-pending
technologies for Wi-Fi PDA e-health and EMR applications, reported today
that it has received orders for the initial placement at 10 hotels, for
780 units of its proprietary PDA-based ResidenceWare Wi-Fi e-business
systems, in highly desirable locations in Texas and Florida. This new
order will involve ResidenceWare implementations at individual hotels that
are members of well-known hotel groups such as Cendant, Marriott, Choice
and Intercontinental Hotels. At full implementation the Company believes
that this latest order could encompass the installation of over 5350
ResidenceWare units at approximately 70 individual hotel locations.
ResidenceWare is CareDecision’s unique and popular Wi-Fi product that
provides hotel owner/operators with a value-added array of features that
enhance the quality of the services furnished to their guests. With
non-lodging per diem expenditures already averaging over $22.00 per hotel
room in CareDecision’s primary market, the Company believes that
ResidenceWare would represent a tangential source of continued revenue,
growing from this $22.00 base, through local advertising fees, transaction
fees for food services and other necessary local products and services,
and rental Internet connections through its high speed Wi-Fi networks.

throughout the Midwest, and in California, New York, Virginia, Georgia,
and now in Texas and Florida. Over the past year we have secured a

hotel reserve ahead, and hired a professional sales staff. We are also in
the process of completing a previously discussed arrangement with an
e-business dotcom, and we have hired a service organization to increase
our installation rate. It is clear from our discussions that ResidenceWare
has sparked an interest at many levels of the lodging universe.”

In separate news, and reflective of its new partnership, the company
reported that it has added the PDA and Tablet PC product lines of Kelly
Co. World Group’s Futurecom Global to its select list of approved
hardware. CareDecision also reported that it has entered discussions with
Kelly Co. for a joint ResidenceWare program geared toward the timeshare
market in the southeastern United States.
