Worldspan Reports Changes in Expedia Business

Worldspan, L.P. announced today that it
has been informed by Expedia that they need to diversify their GDS
relationships beyond using a single provider to process substantially all
of their global distribution system (GDS) transactions. As a result,
Expedia has indicated that they will move a portion of their transactions
to another GDS provider. We believe that this change will not have a
material impact on our 2004 cash flow from operations.

continue to be a valued, long-term customer and partner, and we will
continue to provide them with the same world-class, superior service that
