Delta Air Lines Online Check-In is now easier to use and available to all Delta customers traveling throughout the United States, San Juan and St. Thomas. Online Check-In is available for customers who have purchased tickets either
directly with Delta or through travel agencies.Additionally, customers who use Online Check-In through May 31 are
eligible for Delta’s Luxury Escape Sweepstakes. For every delta.com ticket
purchase or Online Check-In, each registered contestant earns an entry to
win a choice of a spa package to St. Lucia, golf in Ireland or an alpine
retreat in British Columbia, Canada.
“Online Check-In has gained wide acceptance as a convenient method for
checking in and receiving a boarding pass,” said Carolyn Rak, managing
director, Delta Online Sales and Service. “We are pleased to make this
product available to a wider range of customers, including those who are
not members of our SkyMiles program.”
Previously, only SkyMiles members could access Online Check-In. Today,
this enhanced product is available to non-members and groups of up to
seven passengers traveling together on Delta, Delta Shuttle, Delta
Connection or Song flights. Customers can print their own boarding passes
at delta.com up to 24 hours and no less than 30 minutes prior to their
scheduled flight departure.
While using delta.com , customers will notice the newly redesigned Travel
section. The enhanced site offers improved content organization, making it
easier to find important information about travel on Delta, such as
baggage allowances, ticket change policies, check-in options and tips on
traveling with children or pets.
