La Perla Living Ltd, creator of luxury international living concepts, is
officially launching its new NonSuch Bay project on the tropical island of
Antigua - the company’s first project in the Caribbean.Sales are kicking
off during a festive two-week period coinciding with the renowned Antigua
Sailing Week in April, in which interested investors have the opportunity
to enjoy the racing regattas, get a taste of the island, and view the
NonSuch Bay site, building plans and show home.
NonSuch Bay is just the latest in a long line of luxury residential
communities developed according to the La Perla Living philosophy. The key elements that all projects share are architecturally exciting homes,
uniquely beautiful locations and a wide variety of personal services
available to residents via Club La Perla Living. Together, these provide
buyers with an exceptional living experience that’s as carefree as they
want it to be, and the assurance of a sound investment.
Over the last decade, La Perla Living’s unique approach has resulted in a
number of very special residential projects and exquisitely restored
properties for holiday rentals, some of which have won prestigious
international architecture and landscaping awards. Until 2003, the company
was primarily active in Spain and France, when a corporate reorganisation
provided the structure and means for more rapid international expansion.
It is expected that the project in Antigua will be closely followed by new
ones in attractive wintersports destinations and South East Asia as well.
The NonSuch Bay development encompasses 16 hectares of land in a natural,
pristine, hill-enclosed cove with a private white, sandy beach on the east
side of the island. Investment possibilities include approximately 40
beachfront apartments, 30 beachfront suites, 16 townhouses with direct sea
access, and 22 plots ranging in size from approximately 1,500m2 to just
over 4,500m2 for freestanding, hillside villas. Numerous on-site amenities
and facilities will include a stylish restaurant, a small private marina,
a communal pool, a recreation area, a tennis court and other sports
