residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of the 122-suite
Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. The Homewood Suites
by Hilton Anchorage is owned by 365 Lodging LLC and managed by Stonebridge
Companies of Englewood, Colo.
The newly constructed hotel represents another addition to the growing
roster of the more than 130 Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels.

“Anchorage has been in great need for an upscale hotel that caters to
guests staying five or more consecutive nights,” said Laura Brooks, the
hotel’s general manager.

“Our facility has been created specifically to meet the needs of travelers
who stay at a hotel for an extended amount of time and who may require
specialized services and amenities, such as an executive business center,
complimentary high-speed Internet access and a grocery shopping service(+)
by the hotel,” she added. “We are the ideal place for those travelers who
are away from the office but still need to have all of the benefits of an
office.”

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Anchorage features residential-style studio,
one- and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and spacious
sleeping and living areas that are large enough for work, study,
entertaining or relaxing.

Other attractive guest amenities include a daily complimentary hot
breakfast buffet in the hotel’s hospitality center—called the “Lodge,”
