Linda Serdinia Named to InterContinental Sales Team

InterContinental Hotels Group [LON: IHG, NYSE: IHG (ADRs)], the world’s most global hotel company, has named Linda Serdinia director, Leisure Sales, for the company’s Global Sales organization.
In this position, Serdinia will lead a newly created sales team dedicated to the leisure market, as well as continuing to manage the InterContinental Hotels Group AAA strategy and programs.
Serdinia brings 19 years of experience in hospitality sales and management to her new role, the last 12 of which were with IHG. She previously was Global Sales programs manager, leading the creation and implementation of programs and promotions targeting group and leisure markets.
She also has served as a Global Sales key account director, focused on international and domestic leisure market accounts, and as account manager for the US Western Region.
Before joining IHG, Serdinia was an area sales manager for Forte Hotels, Inc., and earlier was director of sales, Philadelphia and Los Angeles, for Spirit Cruises, Inc.

Linda’s tremendous depth of experience will serve both the team and IHG well.”
Serdinia is a member of a number of professional associations, among them the Travel Industry Association of America, National Tour Association, TOWARD (Tour Operators and Wholesalers Achieving Real Time Distribution) and Receptive Services Association.
