US Airways Offers Glasgow Sale Fares

To celebrate its new service to Glasgow, Scotland, starting May 10, 2004,
US Airways is offering customers special sale fares in select markets as
low as $458* roundtrip.
Under this sale, tickets must be purchased within 72 hours of booking, no
later than March 1, 2004, with all travel originating May 10-30 or Sept.
2- Oct. 21, and all travel completed by Oct. 30, 2004. A minimum
Saturday-night stay is required, and a maximum 30-day stay is allowed.

“Scotland has something to offer everyone, from the golf enthusiast to the
history buff,” said Douglas D. Leo, US Airways vice
president-international and sales. “We are offering these fares in time to
plan a trip to explore Glasgow and the whole of Scotland this year.”

* Fares are valid for travel Mondays-Thursdays. Fares for travel other
days are higher. Tickets are non-transferable. Fares do not include up to
$18 in airport passenger facility charges (PFCs) where applicable. Fares
do not include a federal excise tax of $3.10, which will be imposed on
each flight segment of the itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a
takeoff and a landing. Fares do not include the September 11 Security Fee
of up to $10 per itinerary or government-imposed taxes, fees and
surcharges of up to $95. Seats are limited and may not be available on
customers’ preferred dates of travel. Lower fares may be available in
these markets. Other conditions may apply.

After the initial reservation, cancellations or changes are permitted for
up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, tickets become nonrefundable. If the
entire reservation is canceled on or before the scheduled date of travel,
the ticket will retain its value and can be used toward another
nonrefundable ticket less a $200 US Airways administrative fee, up to one
year after its original issue date. New travel must originate within one
year from the date of issue. Any subsequent changes to the exchanged
ticket will incur at minimum an additional $200 fee. If the reservation is
not canceled on or before the original travel date, the entire ticket will
have no further value.
