SkyWest to Begin New Service from Eugene

Delta Connection carrier SkyWest will offer customers new service between
Eugene, Ore., and Delta Air Lines’ Salt Lake City hub beginning May 1,
2004. SkyWest will operate two daily round-trip flights between Eugene and
Salt Lake City with the popular 50-seat Bombardier CRJ regional jets.
“We are pleased to offer customers in Oregon convenient travel options to
Salt Lake City and beyond, and bring the world to the beautiful
Northwest,” said Fred Buttrell, president and chief executive officer of
Delta Connection, Inc.

“This is great news for Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding
communities,” said Bob Noble, manager of the Eugene Airport. “We now offer
additional East-bound connections and access to Delta’s worldwide network.”

Customers traveling through Delta’s hub at Salt Lake City International
Airport may choose from a convenient selection of more than 296 flights to
68 domestic and international destinations on Delta, Delta Connection
carriers and other Delta partners. Customers traveling to Eugene and Lane
County will have easy access to the University of Oregon and Oregon State
University, local corporations, and the city’s leisure attractions, which
range from naturally beautiful parks and walking trails to the beautiful
Asian art collection at the University’s Museum of Art. Eugene is also a
gateway to the beauty of western Oregon—from the Pacific Cascades to
the Pacific Ocean.

Delta is offering low introductory fares to celebrate its new service.
Round-trip, 14-day advance purchase fares starting at $180 are available
for purchase until March 22. All travel must be completed by June 30,
2004. Some blackout dates apply. See below for other important
