Wi-Fi ResidenceWare to be Installed in Metro New York Hotels

CareDecision Corp. reported today
that it has entered an agreement for the placement of up to 5800 of its
proprietary PDA- based ResidenceWare Wi-Fi e-business systems to hotels
located in the highly desirable New York City metro region. This new
agreement will involve ResidenceWare implementations at individual member
hotels of well known chains such as Days Inn, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn and
Super 8. The first wave of installations will total over 600 Residenceware
units at 8 hotels located in New York City, suburban New Jersey, and in
New York’s northern suburbs and Connecticut.

At full implementation the Company believes that this new agreement could
encompass the installation of over 5800 Residenceware units at
approximately 65 hotel locations. ResidenceWare is CareDecision’s unique
and popular Wi-Fi product that provides hotel owner/operators with a
value-added array of features that enhance the quality of the services
furnished to their guests. With non-lodging per diem expenditures already
averaging over $22.00 per hotel room in CareDecision’s primary market, the
Company believes that ResidenceWare would represent a growing tangential
source of continued revenue to CareDecision through local advertising
fees, transaction fees for food services and other necessary local
products and services, and rental Internet connections through its high
speed Wi-Fi networks.

Robert Cox, Chairman of CareDecision Corp., commented, “This new agreement
for ResidenceWare Wi-Fi units accurately reflects the intensity of
interest that we believe has existed in the New York area, the largest
lodging market in the U.S. Less than three months ago our discussions with
a hotel broadcast services provider paved the way for a ResidenceWare
order from a group of hotels in the Midwest. This agreement with hotel
groups in the New York metro area came about on the heels of discussions
we are having with a well respected lodging e-business dotcom. I do
anticipate that we will be shortly communicating to our shareholders and
the investment community additional information regarding the progression
and conclusion of our strategic partnership negotiations.”
