Interactive Content Exchange Links Hotel Media to Web sites

19th Feb 2004

Hotels can now save time and money distributing sales and marketing materials to thousands of travel websites worldwide by utilizing new Interactive Content Exchange
(ICE) technology.
“Imagine a world where your hotel’s brochure is automatically linked to the leading GDSs, major wholesalers, tour operators, online travel agencies, plus thousands of retail agencies,” says ICE Founder Henry Woodman, “That world is here now. It’s called ICE, and has become hotel marketing’s most efficient and cost-effective sales tool.
Hotels may now easily store, manage, and distribute all their sales and marketing materials (digital brochures, 360¡panoramic virtual tours, streaming videos, maps, graphics, sales copy, etc.)  on ICE’s central Web servers.  ICE instantly brands, links and delivers each hotel’s content to thousands of travel Web sites, and ultimately millions of consumers.
Hotels representatives do not need programming knowledge to access, add, edit or delete their properties text and images. All additions and changes are automatically updated in real time on thousands of Web sites via ICE’s smart link technology.
ICE also provides hotels with invaluable performance reports that track every client click. Hoteliers will know how many brochures were viewed, on which web sites, number of e-mail requests, most viewed images, plus total clicks to rates, reservations, and more.
