Isle of Capri Casinos President Honored

  Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. president and COO Timothy M. Hinkley was
honored today by the Mississippi Tourism Association with the 2003 Tourism
Achievement Award. Hinkley received the award at the MTA’s Governor’s
Conference on Tourism at a ceremony held in Philadelphia, Miss.
The award is presented annually to an individual who serves as a leader
through outstanding accomplishments in the tourism industry.

Hinkley has been with the Mississippi-based Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc.
since 1992 and has served on several boards and with many organizations to
promote the economic and cultural welfare of the state.

Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., the leader in regional gaming, owns and
operates 17 riverboat, dockside and land-based casinos at 15 locations,
including Biloxi, Vicksburg, Lula and Natchez, Mississippi; Bossier City
and Lake Charles (two riverboats), Louisiana; Black Hawk (two land-based
casinos) and Cripple Creek, Colorado; Bettendorf, Davenport and Marquette,
Iowa; and Kansas City and Boonville, Missouri. International locations
