EscapeWire Solutions, LLC has added the Hampton Inn Amherst in Amherst, New York to its portfolio of wireless hotels.

EscapeWire’s wireless installation at the Hampton Inn includes a web-based management tool allowing the property to easily manage all facets of the wireless HSIA network, including user access, bandwidth allocation and duration of user sessions. By having the ability to manage the HSIA system, the hotel can make changes in real-time to increase user satisfaction and accommodate individual guest requests. Additional features include customized portal pages, billing options and detailed reports about bandwidth usage, revenue generation, and session lengths.
