GHW Luxury Spa Collection 2004 Now Available

The 2004 directory of “Great Hotels of the World - Luxury Spa Collection” is now available and features 20 new members.  A ‘must have’ for all spa lovers, the 192-page glossy directory features a handpicked selection of 60 of the world’s greatest spa hotels and resorts.

Great Hotels of the World conducts annual, thorough “Quality Assessments” at each of its member properties to ensure that they continue to supersede its stringent level of minimum operating standards.  This ensures that those included are among the world’s most luxurious properties and that each of the hotels featured in the “Luxury Spa Collection” offer some of the world’s finest spa and wellness facilities.

Beautifully illustrated with colour photography, each entry spans two pages and includes detailed information on the spa facilities and treatments available at each property as well as suggested day trips and sightseeing opportunities that guests might enjoy within the surrounding area.  The diverse collection for 2004 features properties offering a range of spa disciplines such as the ancient Indian healing practices of Ayurveda, the marine-based treatments of Thalassotherapy and luxurious, pampering treatments from well-known names such as Prada and Elemis.  As such, there’s certain to be something that appeals to all spa aficionados.
