If a holiday in the Caribbean seems to be out of your reach owing to budget then perhaps you need to look a little closer. For a limited period (until the resort is complete!), the Angelus Resort on St. Kitts is offering rooms from US$89 per night.Although more than 72 rooms - all suites ranging from 600 to 1,600 square feet - have already been completed at The
Angelus, construction is continuing on the remaining rooms and a number of amenities. When completed, it will boast 144 rooms on 15 acres.
“Everything is in place for a great vacation experience, and while we are one of the island’s largest resort, we’re not yet finished with all the bells and whistles - we’re still in a growing phase,” “Our guests can swim at our beach or they can swim at the resort next to the Angelus which is just a two minute walk,” said Pauline Horton, the General Manger for the Angelus Resort. “So those travellers who stay here during January and February can take advantage of room prices nobody can match. It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ for giving us a try.”
The Angelus features king-sized bed’s, refrigerator, microwave, all kitchen necessities, mahogany furnishings and an in-room safe; some rooms also include a washer and dryer. Master baths include Italian ceramic and soaking tubs. “Our Rooms are some of the largest and comfortable on the island.” Said Horton, she also notes that, “the special pricing will be in place through February and will rise in March.”
