Internional Confex to be Produced on Multimedia CD-Rom

International Confex is the largest specialist event for meeting planners
and event organisers covering everything from worldwide destinations, venues
and incentive travel to corporate hospitality and event support services.
The 2004 conference programme is called Ideas that Inspire and will mix
‘real life’ corporate and association case studies with presentations from
leading industry experts. Nelson Mandela’s 85th birthday party, and the use
of Al Gore to publicise the 125th anniversary of one of Italy’s leading
daily newspapers are just two of the case studies being presented.
This year for the first time, the full Confex Conference Programme will be
available on a multimedia CD-Rom.  The CDs are to be produced by the company
Conference To Go, www.conferencetogo.com which launched a year ago after
seeing a gap in the market to deliver the conference content of live events.
In order to produce a disk of the highest quality the sound of the speaker
is polished, indexed and synchronised to fit the PowerPoint presentation.
This lets users view a presentation exactly as it was delivered by the
speaker - but wherever and whenever they choose.

This means that all delegates to the conference programme will have access
to the conference sessions that they were unable to attend.  The CD will
also be available to purchase after the event.

Mike Foren of Conference To Go said “our aim is to provide a product which
offers a tangible benefit to delegates whilst at the same time providing
added value to organisers and sponsors with the associated branding
opportunities”.

International Confex runs from 24th - 26th February 2004 at Earls Court 1,
London. To pre-register or book a conference place please visit the Confex
web site at www.international-confex.com
