HotelStayUK Signs up to 4oceans

Electronic distribution specialist 4oceans
signed an agreement with HotelStayUK to power the website booking engine for
the UK’s first hotel and short breaks employee benefit provider.

The deal sees 4oceans supply its new low-cost online booking solution,
ResEngine, providing HotelStayUK with a booking platform that delivers
real-time, online bookings at over 50,000 hotels around the world, together
with HotelStayUK’s own negotiated rates and inventory.

HotelStayUK provides member companies with exclusive employee deals at
‘Preferred Hotel’ partners, with current partners including Le Meridian,
Corus Hotels and Best Western.  As the company promotes only to closed user
groups, HotelStayUK is able to offer a range of specially negotiated offers,
many up to 50% off, which will now be managed through 4oceans ResEngine

Designed to simplify and maximise the online booking potential, ResEngine
fits easily into HotelStayUK’s existing website, ‘snapping’ into place to
provide an easy-to-use, easy-to-manage online booking solution.

The 4oceans solution provides real time rates and availability, together
with a faster, smoother booking system that can feature exclusive
promotional rates and late availability offers. The new platform also
provides the basis for improved inventory management, search facilities,
customer service and booking features, as well as making online reservations
more secure.

unique company password to access the site and exclusive rates, with
HotelStayUK providing information for staff handbooks, intranets and
newsletters free of charge. HotelStayUK’s current member companies include
Deutsche Bank, Cadbury Schweppes, HP and the NHS.
