In a bid to increase appeal to the US market, oral by Hilton has launched a 10 Points of Improvement program. Simon Suarez the companies Exec V.P hopes the scheme will bring more U.S visitors to the resorts.Improvements will take place at the four inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic. These include beverage-stocked mini refrigerators; coffee machines and alarm clocks in guest rooms. Upgrades to the Coralin Kidz Paradise program; and international alcohol brands in resort bars. Coral By Hilton is a partnership between Hilton Caribbean and Coral Hotel and Resorts. The main market in the Dominican Republic is Canadians and Europeans - with a strong market for ‘Cuban-Americans’.Danny Hughes, vice president of operations, Hilton Caribbean insists the 10 Points Program will “bring us closer to our goal of creating new standards in the all-inclusive market”.
