American first installed self-service devices at DFW in June 2001 and now offers more than 70 AA Self-Service Check-In(SM) machines at DFW—the most of any carrier—and more than 700 machines in airports across the country.
“More than 90 percent of American’s customers travel with e-tickets and
more than 50 percent use American’s automated check-in products such as
Self- Service machines, Curbside or Flight Check-In at AA.com. American Airlines continues to provide comprehensive technology solutions, such as interline e-ticketing, that make travel for our passengers more
