NET.WORKS, Inc., a leading provider of business communication solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe and the United States, today announced that its Swiss subsidiary has acquired the customer accounts of FORUM fuer Telematik AG, a specialist web-design and hosting company serving the Swiss hotel and restaurant market. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of FORUM’s customer accounts extends VIA’s reach into a key vertical market in Switzerland, opens the opportunity to deliver VIA’s existing product portfolio, including DSL, VPN, data security and voice solutions, to these customers and allows VIA to leverage and expanded market expertise in the hospitality market to its other operations in Europe and the USA.
