Sabre has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Nexion. Nexion offers agents Web-based software accessing the four major GDS’s and other inventories, performs back-office services for agencies that want to contract out internal operations such as ticketing, fulfilment and ARC reporting, and negotiates for preferred-supplier agreements.
