The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) has teamed with Hospitality Careers Online (Hcareers.com) Inc., to create the AH&LA Career Center—the nation’s largest searchable, online database of candidates and job openings tailored specifically to the lodging industry. Premiering in September via the organization’s Web site at www.ahla.com/careers, the section allows association members to gain access and advertise openings to a large, targeted audience.
For AH&LA members, the program allows them to identify and enlist potential staff and internship candidates. Conversely, job seekers can search for openings and post their resume at no cost while gaining advance access to hospitality employment openings. Also, the section posts opportunities concurrently on Hcareers.com , giving hoteliers access to an additional three million job hunters each month.
The partnership addresses AH&LA’s commitment of increasing awareness of lodging career opportunities. Additionally, AH&LA members receive a special 20 percent discount on Hcareers.com services.
