Ramada Promotion Uses Points International Technology

Technology developed by Toronto-based Points International Ltd. is helping to power the Ramada hotel chain’s 2wice as Nice summer promotion, which runs through Sept. 30.

The 2wice as Nice promotion awards Club Ramada members 250 frequent-flyer miles to their American Airlines® AAdvantage®, Continental Airlines OnePass® or Delta SkyMiles® accounts, in addition to Club Ramada points for each stay and a chance to win 100,000 miles.

The pointsintegrate technology from Points is being used to transfer frequent-travel data between the Ramada brand and its airline partners.


“The objective of this promotion is to tell the Ramada brand’s most loyal customers that we value their business,” said Paul Hanley, Ramada president.  “The technology that Points provides will enable us to reward our best customers with extra value.”
