Amadeus UK Appoints Monika Hoesle as Operations Director

Amadeus announced today the
appointment of Monika Hoesle as Operations Director, responsible for all of Amadeus’ client support and operational activities in the UK.
Monika has been with Amadeus for 10 years working in a range of key roles
including Head of Customer services, Head of Product Marketing and Head of
Marketing Services. Her new role as Operations Director will incorporate
overall responsibility for operations, which includes overseeing new
business projects, helpdesk and internal technical support, customer
training and customer implementations.

“Monika’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Amadeus. The business is
growing and consequently the level of activity is increasing. In her new
role she will manage the support needed to drive anticipated future growth,”
commented Arnaud Debuchy, managing director of Amadeus, “Her in-depth
knowledge of Amadeus’ products and client needs will help us to maximise our
existing strengths and ensure we deliver a quality service to our
customers.”
