Hertz has signed a two-year deal with Online Travel Corporation (OTC) to become its exclusive car rental supplier. To mark the launch of its exclusive agreement with OTC, Hertz has created a training programme for agents at the ITIC and TATC call centres, comprising product and web familiarisation along with key selling tips.
A staff incentive marks the start of the partnership. Every OTC agent making a Hertz booking during August goes into a weekly prize draw that offers top prizes including portable TVs, DVD players and stereos.
