Lazard Latest to Select Worldspan Trip Manager

Worldspan today announced that Lazard, a major global investment bank, has selected Worldspan as its provider of travel distribution services. As a result of the new relationship, Lazard will utilize Worldspan Trip Manager as its Web-based solution for employee business travel planning and reservations.
Conversion to the Worldspan global distribution system and successful implementation of Trip Manager within Lazard’s organization have been completed.  With Trip Manager, Lazard’s travelers have online access to corporate travel policy, negotiated fares and rates, and other preferred content 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere in the world.

“Lazard was seeking a partner and a solution that could provide cost savings, superior access to accurate fare data, a flexible desktop booking tool and a strong commitment to customer support,” commented Robin Fritz, corporate sales manager for Lazard. “Worldspan responded with a compelling solution that answered all these needs.”

“We are very pleased to have been chosen as Lazard’s travel technology partner and about the timely implementation of Trip Manager at the company,” said Lori Whitted, vice president - Corporate and Government e-Commerce Solutions for Worldspan. “This is a great example of a collaborative effort leading to success. Our team was able to cross utilize skills and expertise throughout Worldspan—conversion specialists, Trip Manager Client Relations Consultants, training professionals and others—to deliver a complete, customer-focused solution.”
