The Sanctuary, Covent Garden has launched the new Detoxifying Back Treatment.
Exposing those often neglected areas can be daunting, so make sure when you step out in your ‘backless’ number - you can wear it with pride!
Enjoy the luxury of having someone tend to an often-neglected part of the body with this thoroughly detoxifying treatment using The Sanctuary World Spa Secrets Detox Range.
This is inspired by European Thalassotherapy treatments using seaweed and marine extracts to help reduce impurities.
Whether you are planning to step out in a halter neck top or a backless gown, this treatment will ensure your back is cleansed, nourished and thoroughly toned.
* Located in the newly refurbished ‘Water Garden Suite’ the treatment begins with a soothing preparation where the feet are sprayed with The Sanctuary Refreshing Leg and Foot Spritzer to freshen and relax tired feet.
* Working from the nape of the neck down to the top of the thighs, the back is exfoliated using firm sweeping hand movements using World Spa Secrets Hydro-Active Body Scrub.
The scrub lifts dry skin and deeply cleanses pores to ensure a smooth and glamorous looking back. After a gentle back shower, World Spa Secrets Marine Bath and Shower Gel is generously applied all over the back to remove all the scrub and to leave the skin squeaky clean.
The Gel contains a rich blend of marine extracts to aid the detoxification process.
* Once the back is fully prepared a mask of The Sanctuary Rasul Mud is applied.
The back is wrapped for 10 minutes to allow the drawing and soothing properties of the mud to absorb toxins and nourish the skin. Whilst relaxing in the wrap a full leg and foot massage using the soothing Sanctuary Eastern Massage Oil is performed.
* Finally the back mask is rinsed away and the treatment is completed with a refreshing application of World Spa Secrets Marine Extracts Body Contour Therapy. This contains purifying green and brown algae which leaves the back toned, purified and revitalised.
