Mossman Named Spa Director of Spa Olakino Salon at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort.
Lena Mossman has been appointed Spa Director of the new Spa Olakino Salon at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort, Paul Brown announced.
In recent years Mossman directed the opening of Mandara Spas first full service spa in French Polynesia at the Sheraton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa and set the pace for the future Mandara Spas on the Islands of Tahiti and Bora Bora. 
She was also operations manager of the Mandara Spa at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
Mossman, born and raised in Hawaii, is an experienced licensed massage therapist and trainer who received her training in the healing art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi on the Big Island from world-renowned kupuna, Auntie Margaret Machado.
Spa Olakino Salon will open in early November, 2003, to serve Hawaii residents as well as visitors. 
“We are happy to have Lena bring her expertise to us and we hope our neighbors will enjoy our unique spa treatments at our Kama`aina rate,” said Paul Brown, creator of the spa. 
The 6,000 square foot spa features waterfalls, faux lava rock and a specially designed couple`s room.
Treatments incorporate fresh Hawaii fruits and essences custom made for each individual client. 
Spa Olakino Salon is managed by the Paul Brown companies.
