In the gym itself, equipment includes a treadmill, rowing machine, cycle, stepper, weights and some multi-gyms.  However, arguably the most impressive feature of the gymnasium is its spectacular view of the coast and the picturesque island of Lundy - views that take the breath away before one even steps on the treadmill!
