Bjorn Courage has been promoted to Director Sales & Marketing for the award-winning Soneva Fushi Resort & Spa and Soneva Gili Resort & Spa in the Maldives

Bjorn joined the 65-suite Soneva Fushi Resort as Central Reservations Manager in 2001. His responsibilities increased with completion of the 44 villa, all-over-water Soneva Gili,
Resort & Spa in 2002. At that time he accepted the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, contributing to the ongoing success of the prestigious properties in a competitive environment where the Soneva brand had established the destination benchmark.

Prior to joining Soneva Fushi, Bjorn gained hospitality experience in several roles with Forte & Le Meridien Saint Georges Hotel, and Thistle Hotels The Tower, prior to joining Bass Hotels & Resorts as Revenue Manager at the Holiday Inn Victoria, in London.

Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili are a part of Six Senses Hotels, Resorts and Spas.
