Wildfitness Announces Team for French Alps

Following on the from introduction of a new European venue for its adventure company concept, Wildfitness has confirmed the team and released a preview of activities set to take place at Les Gets in the French Alps this summer.

Katie Budd will be leading the one week Wildfitness courses in France with Wildfitness founder, Tara Wood. A brown belt in Karate, England Pentathlon Champ, and international Heptathlon competitor, Budd is a CHEK Practitioner Level 1 and Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach Level 1.
Gaby Melvin Wildfitness chef and Alan Coxon TV celebrity chef will be on hand to prepare nutritious meals together with some healthy cooking demonstrations. All food served will be organic, with alternatives to dairy and wheat, plus a raw dairy option available.
There will also be a house therapist, masseur and a team of local guides to ensure visitors to the new Wildfitness destination achieve all their goals.
A sneak preview of events for this unique Wildfitness mind, body and soul adventure reveals daily activities such as:
Early morning plyometrics,  breakfast,  morning bike ride up in a ski lift and down a mountain, nutritious lunch,  afternoon strength circuit and nutrition talk.
And
Early morning triathlon using glacial lake, breakfast, morning nature walk and optional dance, al fresco lunch, afternoon boxersise in a mountain clearing,  stretching, outdoor Jacuzzi for sundowners and a night out on the town with dancing.

Tara Woods says, “After active days in the French Alps, guests can then rest in the sauna and steam room, in the spa bath under the stars or soothe aching muscles with a beauty treatment. We are sensitive to people`s different fitness levels - we are not a boot camp! All fitness levels can experience this unique adventure”.
For those looking to lift fitness levels before venturing on the course can do so with Steve Bacot, developer of the fitness programme for the original Wildfitness course. London based Bacot is a CHEK Practitioner Level II and Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach Level I, with a unique ability to motivate and empower many of his clients. Previously a personal training instructor in the Parachute Regiment,  Bacot’s skills encompass injury rehabilitation, postural correction, weight loss, fitness development and sports specific programmes.
