The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa Among Best Service Leaders

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa was named fourth at å‘Worldå‘s Best Service: Hotelså’ in results of the Travel + Leisure magazineå‘s seventh annual Readerå‘s survey.


Featured in the magazine’s annual Hotels Issue, the World’s Best Service Award winners are selected by readers’ based on evaluations of service quality. Not only did The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa win top honors internationally, with a score of 97.78 percent, it also was ranked second in Asia, scoring 97.50.

“It seems impossible to talk about service without recognising the people at the properties and companies who have such an important effect on the quality of the travel experience,” said Nancy Novogrod, Editor in Chief of Travel + Leisure.

“That’s why we are especially proud this year to again be recognised for superior service,” said David Wilson, The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa General Manager. The resort and spa has been recognised each year in the magazine’s poll, since 2000, achieving top marks among Top Hotels in Asia, World’s Best Hotels in Asia, Top World’s Best Hotels, Top 100 Hotels in the World and Best Hotel Spas Abroad.

The 48-ocean view villa, 290-room Bali Resort & Spa is located on a bluff in Jimbaran and, together with superb spa services, it also features one of Jimbaran`s most dramatic and secluded beaches plus a two-tiered swimming pool.
