Christy Launches Spa Towel Brand

The UK`s brand leader in towels, Christy, has launched a new range designed for spas, health clubs and luxury hotels.

Made from thick Egyptian cotton, the Spa Collection comes in pure white and includes hand towels, bath towel, gym and sauna towels, plus unisex robes styled with a waffle exterior and fine terry lining for a soft feel and quick drying.
Christy is also bringing the towel market into the 21st century with its latest Electro range - inspired by new technology which has given rise to modern, geometric designs. Popular with modernistic spas across the world, Electro is part of the Carefree Collection with an embellished design that features rectangular patterning in bold, bright colours set on a plain Panache towel.

Jo Baxendale, designer for Christy explains: “Electro epitomises our passion for new technology, geometric shapes inspired by computer chips and digital images, as well as the clean cut edges we have seen coming through in the design of new architecture in buildings”.

The UK’s largest towel manufacturer, Christy is now owned by its management. In 2000, the management team led by Joel Rosenblatt bought the business in a £15 million deal.
The brand is renowned for quality towels woven in a traditional mill in Cheshire, England. It is available nationwide in the UK and exports through it’s subsidiaries in Germany and the USA, where it is a major supplier to Bloomingdales.
