The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Spa and Danone Activia have joined forces to present an å‘Inner-Selfå’ makeover for viewers to the UKå‘s awarding-winning GMTV breakfast programme.

The three pampering prizes include an inner-self makeover with holistic body care treatment at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Spa in London, plus a personal wellbeing consultation with a nutritionist and a lifecoach.

Danone Activia, the company that creates probiotic yogurts to keep the digestive system in balance, has connected with the Mandarin Oriental Spa to give viewers the opportunity to win lifestyle treatments and wellbeing consultations with leading dietitian and nutritionist Azmina Govindji and international life coach Nina Puddefoot.

The prize will consist of an all-encompassing treatment using hot stones on vital energy points designed to bring harmony to both mind and body, together with a wellbeing consultation incorporating diet, relationship and lifestyle tips for a complete inner-self makeover.
