Grand Opening of Hyatt Coconut Plantation

Hyatt Vacation Ownership, Inc. has opened the doors to its Hyatt Coconut Plantation. The 48 ownership units are situated in Bonita Springs, Florida; near the Naples coast, making this the companyå‘s ninth property located in the area.

“With nine properties and two in development, Hyatt Vacation Ownership is growing faster than ever before,” said John Burlingame, executive vice president, Hyatt Vacation Ownership, Inc. “The addition of Coconut Plantation adds another element of luxury to our collection, giving Hyatt Vacation Club members even more fantastic destination choices.”

Adjacent to Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa, Hyatt Coconut Plantation offers guests five pools, including an adult lap pool, a zero entrance children`s pool, a zero entrance free-form pool, a free-form pool with waterfall features, and a 1,000 ft river pool. There is a private whirlpool with waterfall, plus steam and sauna rooms. The property’s two-bedroom units also feature two-person whirlpool tubs.


Phase one completion incorporates two buildings with 24 units each, surrounded by the Raymond Floyd designed Raptor Bay Golf Course, providing golf course views. In addition, the property presents a clubhouse complete with a state-of-the-art exercise room.
