K West, which opened in trendy Shepherdå‘s Bush in December 2001, will launch its six highly desirable K Suites this month.Designed by Noel Pierce of Portfolio Design International, with dramatic walls of glass dividing the bedrooms and lounge areas, these are set to be the ultimate hotel suites in London.
The designer suites at K West, which was voted the ‘Best Hotel in London’ in 2002, will be fitted with Bose lifestyle systems with full surround-sound linked to a 37” plasma screen television. The bedrooms will feature oversized two-metre square beds and LCD televisions.
The company states; “These spaces are designed to be super-quiet, with triple double-glazing and insulated walls, floors and ceilings, making the K Suites ideal for that ‘oh so essential’ chill-out time.”
The K West provides a suitable dynamic backdrop to a spa which encompasses holistic health and natural wellbeing whilst providing a fitness club to suit contemporary lifestyles. All guests, Health Club members and visitors for treatments are entitled to free use of all the general facilities which include; a Jacuzzi; Eucalyptus steam room; Lemon steam room; sauna, and state-of-the-art cardiovascular gymnasium.
In addition to the high-design, the K Suites will offer free soft drinks in the mini bar, and two hidden drawers - one containing general pharmacy and travel items, the other (which will be nicknamed the SMUT drawer) will contain adult entertainment materials.
The sexy bathrooms in the suites will feature double-ended Philippe Starck bathtubs, oversize showers with high-pressure body jets and pulse/massage heads, plus Arran Aromatics Colourama range of bath products.
