Spa equipment supplier Klafs has launched a new preventative maintenance programme to support its specialist product range.

Established in 1985, Derby-based Klafs Ltd is the UK`s leading supplier and installer of customised spa and relaxation facilities for the commercial contract leisure industry.
The company`s expert teams of design professionals, installation engineers and technicians work closely with each client to provide the ultimate bespoke relaxation environment, and the new initiative has been created to optimise customer satisfaction after initial installation.

In order to minimise potential product breakdowns and guarantee a hotline call-out service facility, Klafs has subsequently set up a team of electrical and maintenance engineers dedicated to preventative maintenance care to implement the programme.

Contract projects for the company, ranging from £10,000 to £500,000, have been installed for many of the UK`s leading leisure sites including; Virgin Active, Stobo Castle, Four Seasons Hotel, Total Fitness, David Lloyd Leisure and Next Generation Clubs. KLAFS Limited has also completed major off-shore installations throughout the Middle East.

Klafs Limited, formerly Severn Leisure Limited, is a wholly owned UK subsidiary of the expanding £10 million RCL Group.
