Re-branding the best

Look out for new branding for all Professional Beauty shows, starting with the country`s biggest beauty trade exhibition, Professional Beauty London at Olympia next April.

The fresh, contemporary designs will be seen in advertisements running up to the show, and reflect the holistic nature of the beauty business, said marketing manager, Declan Gane. The stylish new images are an indication of the growing sophistication of the market, he said. * Professional Beauty North had 18,000 visitors pouring through the doors of the G-Mex Centre at Manchester on October 14 and 15, an increase of 11.6% on last year`s attendance. Marian Shearn of Thalgo UK hailed Professional Beauty North 2001 as a great success commenting “We were kept constantly busy, with good quality leads and fantastic interest shown in our new developments for 2002.” Top buyer Valerie Simpson appreciated the fast track entry and no-sales section at the front of the hall. “It made it easy for me to see my key suppliers,” she told PB.
