A new website from the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association (PRHTA), in conjunction with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC), was launched yesterday.
Between now and October 31, travellers looking to take a trip to the island can book their stays on the website, or through their travel agents and receive online bonuses and discounts.
At www.puertoricoisfun.com, visitors can look up information on each of the 51 hotels, resorts and small inns participating in the package program to find the perfect locale for their Puerto Rico vacation. The site includes links to the hotels` and inns` individual websites (when available), and the ability to email the hotel directly. Plus, www.puertoricoisfun.com links to the PRHTA and the PRTC websites for more information about the island and its attractions.
With an online reservation at one of the participating hotels and resorts through www.puertoricoisfun.com, guests will receive: - a fifth night free - breakfast daily - an upgrade to a room with an ocean view (based on availability), or if the property is not on the beach, a room upgrade (based on availability) - a LeLoLai Fun & Savings Package, which includes a coupon book with $3,400 in savings at 165 tourism venues, a 5-unit calling card, a gift bag and a full-color brochure with maps.
Guests making a www.puertorico.com reservation at one of the participating small ns will receive: - a fourth night free - Continental breakfast daily - a surprise gift - a discount of up to 30 % off a rental car from Dollar Rent-A-Car, Budget Car Rental, Hertz or L&M Car Rental.
