Users of the service also can conveniently access restaurant ratings and reviews while making their online dining reservations.
Using American Express Online Restaurant Reservations is simple. Users first select a city where they would like to dine. They can then search by cuisine, neighborhood and cost, or they can choose to see all the restaurants that take online reservations in that city. Restaurants that match the user`s selections are listed. After designating the size of the party, date and time desired, American Express Online Restaurant Reservations presents those restaurants with available seating. A few simple clicks make and confirm the reservation. Users automatically receive an email confirmation regarding the details of their reservation. Users can email the restaurant a special message with their reservation, noting a birthday celebration or allergies, for example. In addition, they can send an electronic invitation to their dining companions, giving them details of the reservation. Canceling a reservation can also easily be done online.
