Tucson-based ASP, Airline Automation has announced that Vanguard Airlines has selected a suite of services from AAI and signed a 5-year services agreement.
Vanguard has selected Automated Flight Firming, PK Processor (passive segment notification), ET-CONFO (E-ticket confirmation and notification), Ticket By Robot (E-Ticket issuance), VIBE (Internet Booking Engine), PNR+Plus (database CRM application), and several other custom applications.
AAI will also assist Vanguard in transitioning from its current reservations system into a new system at the end of April, and will offer its consulting services in several areas. AAI will also be providing hosting services for several of Vanguard`s Internet activities.
