easyJet improves web site with introduction of online same-day bookings

easyJet has introduced an online same-day booking facility, allowing passengers to book seats up to two hours prior to the departure of a flight. Previously same-day bookings were only available through the easyJet telephone reservation centre.

This latest enhancement is just part of an ongoing programme of developments to easyJet.com. Other recent developments include improvements to the booking section of the site, making it even faster and easier to book flights, as well as the introduction of the easyJet email registration service.

As “the web’s favourite airline”, easyJet is committed to the continual improvement to the level of customer service offered online, and the enhancement of the performance of the web site overall.
