The San Francisco Bay Area`s largest hotel reservation resource, Topaz Hotel Services has announced that Ann Zollicoffer, an experienced manager in the hotel and Internet arena, has assumed responsibilities for the newly created Manager of e-Commerce position. THS companies include San Francisco Reservations, Silicon Valley Reservations, hotelres.comand BookAbility.net.
Ms. Zollicoffer will work to expand THS` hotelres.com Web site by identifying the evolving needs of both consumers and hoteliers. She will also serve as an Account Manager for customers using the BookAbility.net product, which provides hotels with online reservation capabilities. Prior to joining Topaz Hotel Services, Ms. Zollicoffer was a Sales Planner at Women.com, held various management positions at Kimpton Hotel Group and served as Operations and Media Planner at Macy`s in San Francisco.
