MADSearch, an international web site that assists planners in selecting a destination and auxiliary services, today announced a marketing agreement with VisualFrenzy, a provider of Internet-ready video content for the travel industry, to offer Internet video tours.
These “commercials” of a destination or property and will be linked to MADSearch to reflect a property’s accommodation and destination features.
“Adding a visual of the properties I wish to book will greatly increase the accuracy and professionalism of my job,” said Teresa Harrrington, president of Ancomp, Inc., a meeting planning company in Boca Raton. “A VisualFrenzy video on MADSearch will allow me to ‘visit’ the property without the expense and time of a FAM trip.”
An “internet commercial” increases hotels’ on-line marketing effectiveness by delivering the branded marketing message directly to consumers at Internet points of purchase. Video is a powerful tool for hotel companies looking to deliver increased profits from the Internet`s growing marketing and distribution opportunity. Initially 50 property tours will be featured on MADSearch with more added at the end of each month.
