Frontier Airlines Enhances Web Site and Offers Wireless Flight Status Information

DENVER - Frontier Airlines today announced enhanced Web site services and online flight information, which can be accessed at
Enhancements to the airline’s site include improved booking capabilities, increased information, and comprehensive historical data for small- and medium-sized businesses. Frontier customers also now have the ability to receive updated flight status information via text messaging pager, cellular phone, Palm PilotTM or other text messaging wireless devices.
At the heart of the enhancements is EDS’ Versatile Internet Booking Engine (VIBE). VIBE increases the site’s bandwidth, allowing more users to access and use the site at any given time and enabling advanced interactive capabilities, including online promotions and discounts.
