EUROPE ON SALE THROUGH US AIRWAYS.COM

US Airways is offering new specially discounted low Internet only fares for roundtrip travel originating in the U.S. to any of its six Europe destinations for tickets purchased via its Web site at usairways.com. These sale fares start as low as $250 roundtrip.

US Airways currently serves Frankfurt, London (Gatwick), Madrid, Munich, Paris, and Rome from Philadelphia; Frankfurt and Paris from Pittsburgh; and London Gatwick from Charlotte, N.C.
To take advantage of these exclusive travel bargains, tickets must be purchased online at least three days prior to departure, within 72 hours of making reservations and no later than Feb. 21, 2000, with originating travel beginning by midnight March 29.


For travel to Europe, flights must originate Sunday through Wednesday and from Europe, Monday through Friday. One Saturday night stay is required and a maximum 30-day stay is permitted. Tickets must be purchased using a major credit card and become nonrefundable 24 hours after making an initial reservation.

These sale fares do not include applicable airport passenger facility charges of $3 to $12, depending on the itinerary, international taxes/fees/surcharges of up to $108, and are subject to government approval. Under certain conditions, itinerary changes may be made prior to scheduled flights for a $150 administrative service fee.


Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Schedules are subject to change and other conditions may apply.


Depending on travel needs, connections may be all or part on regional aircraft operated by US Airways Express carriers Allegheny, Air Midwest, CCAIR, Chautauqua, Colgan Air, CommutAir, Mesa, Piedmont, or PSA.


Customers also will receive 5,000 bonus Dividend Miles the first time they book online and 1,000 bonus Dividend Miles thereafter, when purchasing a roundtrip ticket through usairways.com and flying on US Airways, the US Airways Express carriers, US Airways Shuttle or MetroJet. The 5,000-mile bonus consists of a 4,000-mile first-time booking bonus, in addition to the 1,000 miles that US Airways already provides for roundtrip tickets purchased through usairways.com. Both online booking bonuses are valid for tickets purchased and flights taken by June 30, 2000.
