Brown to lead food and beverage offering at Jupiter Hotels

Tracey Brown has been appointed food and beverage director at Jupiter Hotels, responsible for the group’s portfolio of 29 hotels across the UK.

Following 30 years at the business, Brown has risen through the ranks from hotel manager to director.

Commenting on her appointment, Brown said: “The F&B team has a passion for delivering exciting and quality food and drink at our hotels.

“The customer is at the heart of all our decisions and innovations, ensuring everything is tailored to their needs and desires.

“I am deeply proud to head up our work across all 29 Jupiter Hotels and to work with such a dedicated and talented team.”

The appointment follows continued food and beverage successes across the portfolio including breakfast and dinner year on year revenue growth; the introduction of chef signature dishes at each hotel; and the development and implementation of food and beverage focused guest experiences.

Shane Harris, chief executive, Jupiter Hotels, added: “Tracey has helped build and shape our food and beverage offering over the years and continues to meet and exceed both my and our customer’s expectations.

“What customers want from a hotel in food and beverage terms has changed.

“Guests don’t always want a formal dining experience or even separate restaurants.

“As such we have looked closely at our guests’ needs at each hotel and designed an food and beverage experience to suit.

“We’ve moved toward creating executive lounge bars, with different areas providing different needs and an food and beverage offering to match.”
